Deposits on Orders and Guaranteed Shipping Info

Orders can place a minimum 50% non-refundable down payment at the time of order
Balance will be due upon shipment tracking confirmation
72 Hours to complete payment before order is cancelled and available for re-purchase

Distressing process: each piece should be considered a special-order custom item. Any and all rips, tears or shreds will be considered part of the distressing process. Please note that the distressing process may result in the use of Latex. Please inform us of a Latex allergy at time of purchase in the comments section.
Products are handmade by artists there may be slight variations in blood or paint than what is seen in photos

Shipping prices will vary depending on products and location.

Shipping:

Since we can combine multiple props into one box, we often need to shop shipping options for the best rates. We have placed a shipping flat rate as the default for shipping. Once your order has been received, we will contact you to determine the best and most economical shipping method to mee your needs. We will then send an additional invoice (Or Credit) for the shipping.

50% Restocking fee will apply to all canceled orders
30 Days to receive refund balance
1-year Limited Warranty covers ONLY manufacturers' defects, this does NOT cover abuse or misuse.
Freight is not covered under warranty. You will be responsible for freight to and from our location.
All Batteries have 90 day warranty from the date of receiving product. Replacements are available at customers expense. Please See Battery care information to help extend the life of your batteries.
Exchange or Repair at our discretion, Limited to one repair or exchange per item.
Items must be tested within 10 days of receiving to notify us of any damage during shipping
